Strand)<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>(Fra LM 17.09.12) (Republisert 09.02.24) <strong>I kraft av sin beliggenhet kan Son definitivt bli Oslofjordens hovedsete for sommerturisme, men da b\u00f8r nok ordf\u00f8reren jakte helt andre egenskaper enn bystatus. Da m\u00e5 ordf\u00f8reren planlegge ogs\u00e5 for resten av \u00e5ret. Son som et tivoli &#8211; som \u00e5pner i mai og stenger i september &#8211; vil ikke generere turisme. Som i Dr\u00f8bak, har Son galleri og spisesteder \u00e5pne hele \u00e5ret. Faktum er at ordf\u00f8reren kommer langt om han feier foran den kommunale d\u00f8ren. Her er noen forslag:<\/strong><br \/><br \/>\u2666 Bruk utgravningene p\u00e5 Labo og Son torg\/Kiwi-parkeringen som konkrete utgangspunkt for historisk utstilling av utviklingen i Son, inkludert slippen i Glenneparken og b\u00e5tbyggerperioden.<br \/><br \/>\u2666 Minneparken kan knyttes opp til tyskernes landgang p\u00e5 torget 9. april 1940, sprengningen av oljetankene p\u00e5 Laksa og krigens utvikling i distriktet.<br \/><br \/>\u2666 Siren Sundbys flotte OL gull er det heller ingen grunn til \u00e5 forbig\u00e5\u00a0 i stillhet.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>H\u00d8LENBRUA OG H\u00d8LENSELVA<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>I tillegg til private initiativ innen kunst og sport (ridesenter) ligger jernbanesporet og H\u00f8lenbrua og ber om \u00e5 bli bilfri sykkelvei. Fra H\u00f8lenbrua er det god utsikt til H\u00f8lenselva, med en orientering om elvas historiske rolle.<br \/><br \/><strong>Havna vil v\u00e6re av avgj\u00f8rende betydning dersom Son skal bli hovedsete for sommerturisme.<\/strong><br \/><br \/>\u2666 En avgj\u00f8rende forutsetning for havnas vedkommende er at ordf\u00f8reren omplasserer ledelsen til kontorjobb i r\u00e5dhuset, og at B-brygga flyttes til Laksalandet.<br \/><br \/>\u2666 Stikkord ellers: &#8211; Bru fra foran Son havn nord som knytter sentrum til sm\u00e5b\u00e5thavna (jfr. Nye Son havn). &#8211; Tilrettelegging for sportsfiske i samarbeid med Fylkesmannen (forbudt i elveoset). B\u00e5tutleie av kombinasjonsb\u00e5ter seil\/ro\/motor.<br \/><strong><br \/>PLASS FOR BOB\u00c5TER<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Plass for bob\u00e5ter i gjestehavna utenfor sesongen. Bebodde b\u00e5ter skaper lys og liv i en ellers stille havn og sentrum. Med dagens mangel p\u00e5 boliger er bob\u00e5ter et lite supplement som kommunene enkelt kan tilrettelegge for. Jeg har selv bodd i b\u00e5t i flere \u00e5r og det gir en flott n\u00e6rhet til naturen, og s\u00e5 sover du s\u00e5\u00e5 godt om bord! Gjestehavna b\u00f8r av samme grunn naturligvis v\u00e6re vinter\u00e5pen, som den alltid var f\u00f8r vi fikk ny havnesjef.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/><strong>\u00d8YENE EN UBRUKT RESSURS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>I turistsammenheng er \u00f8yene utenfor Son en ubrukt ressurs som kan utnyttes med en badeb\u00e5t som g\u00e5r kontinuerlig p\u00e5 fine dager. Tilrettelegging for fort\u00f8yning langs hele \u00f8stsiden av Sauholmen vil trekke bes\u00f8kende \u2013 og v\u00e6re enkelt \u00e5 legge til rette for.<br \/><br \/><strong>Sist \u2013 men ikke minst \u2013 b\u00f8r gjesteavgiftene sees over. Dagens avgifter er relativt billigere jo st\u00f8rre b\u00e5ten er. Dessuten b\u00f8r det erindres at b\u00e5teierne legger langt mer igjen i land enn det kommunen tar inn i gjesteavgift.<\/strong><br \/><br \/><strong>FJORDFISKET \u2013 ET PARADOKS<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Den store (for stor?) jobben for utvikling av turisme hele \u00e5ret, og ikke bare i Son, er forbud mot yrkesfiske i Oslofjorden nord for F\u00e6rder. Det er et paradoks at Kystvakten overv\u00e5ker Barentshavet mot overfiske, mens Oslofjorden kontinuerlig fiskes p\u00e5 en minimumsbestand.<br \/><br \/>\u2666 Med en sterk sei- og torskestamme i fjorden \u00e5pner det seg et stort marked for turistfiske, som generer mye st\u00f8rre inntekter for hele reiselivsn\u00e6ringen enn dagens fiskesalg. Yrkesfiskerne vil f\u00e5 nye oppgaver som fiskeforvaltere, oppsynsmenn og veiledere for turistfiske.\u00a0<br \/><strong><br \/>Omstilling er tidens mantra. Utfordringen er \u00e5 ta omstillingen i gode tider.<\/strong><br \/><br \/>\u2666 Ordf\u00f8reren m\u00e5 ha lykke til med sitt turistprosjekt i Son. Det er viktig \u00e5 huske p\u00e5 at det som er godt for turistene \u00f8ker livskvaliteten for de fastboende. Dersom tidligere ordf\u00f8rer Tom Anders Ludvigsen hadde hatt samme m\u00e5lsetting, ville kommunen ikke byttet ut Sn\u00f8hettas planer med kommunens spesialr\u00e5dgiver Roald Haugbergs fantasil\u00f8shet.<br \/><br \/><strong><u>HANS CHR.
