Det ble startet av den tyske kunstneren Gunter Demnig (bildet) i 1993 for \u00e5 minnes ofrene for nazismen under andre verdenskrig.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Mandag vedtok kommunestyret, etter en henvendelse fra Soon og Omegns Vel, at Arthur Rosenberg skal f\u00e5 en Snublestein med innskripsjon utenfor huset i Feierbakken.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>\u25ba Torsdag 24. august kommer Gunter Demnig selv for \u00e5 nedlegge steinen og delta i den offisielle markeringen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Det er lagt ned 55.000 slike minnesmerker i 20 land i Europa. 425 er nedlagt i Norge siden den f\u00f8rste i 2010.<br \/><br \/>\u2013 Snublesteiner er b\u00e5de minnesmerker og kunst i det offentlige rom. De skal gi grunnlag for undring, og de som oppdager steinene skal bli oppmerksom p\u00e5 at Holocaust befant seg akkurat der de er, ble det understreket i saksframlegget.<br \/><br \/>\u25ba Det var i mars 1942 Arthur Rosenberg ble arrestert og, via Grini, deportert sammen med andre j\u00f8der til Sachsenhausen og videre til nazistenes utryddelsesleir Majdanek. Der d\u00f8de han i oktober samme \u00e5r.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Gretchen Sara Rosenberg unngikk sin manns skjebne fordi hun ble innlagt p\u00e5 sykehus i 1942 og senere klarte \u00e5 r\u00f8mme til Sverige.<\/strong><br \/><br \/>Da kommuneadministrasjonen kontaktet J\u00f8disk Museum i Oslo, ble det bl.a. klarlagt at museet st\u00e5r for alle utgifter rundt tiltaket. Vanligvis utgj\u00f8r de lokale kommunale utgiftene ca 1500 kr for en stein. Men i dette tilfelle kan museet bes\u00f8rge denne kostnaden, framg\u00e5r det.<br \/><br \/><strong>Administrasjonen signaliserte i forkant at det er viktig og riktig \u00e5 si ja. \u2013 Dette markerer at kommunen tar sin n\u00e6re historie p\u00e5 alvor og bidrar til refleksjon og oppmerksomhet om at Holocaust ogs\u00e5 var til stede i Vestby kommune. <br \/><\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Views: 104<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0 HUN var blant de f\u00e5 heldige.
