Strand) <strong>For noen \u00e5r siden var arbeidsgrupper med framtidsfokus i sving og nedla et imponerende arbeid med \u00e5 beskrive og vurdere tilstanden i det unike sentrum i Son. Siden da har ikke veldig mye blitt endret. Men noe.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Er tiden kommet for en ny gjennomgang utf\u00f8rt av frivillige med sterk vilje og et stort hjerte for et levende sentrum, der bevaringstanken videref\u00f8res? Kanskje. Et aldri s\u00e5 lite forprosjekt kunne si mer om det. Og hva er da mer naturlig enn \u00e5 be Soon og Omegns Vel ta h\u00e5nd om forprosjektet.<\/p>\n<p>Det snart 100 \u00e5r gamle vellet har gjennom \u00e5rene nedlagt mye arbeid med b\u00e5de tilstandsrapporter og \u00e5 beskrive passende tiltak i det fysiske uterom, gjerne med st\u00f8tte i Riksantikvarens synspunkter og oppsummeringer. Ofte som kommentarer til kommunale tiltak eller plansaker.<\/p>\n<p>Ja, Vestby kommune er selvf\u00f8lgelig ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 banen &#8211; om det s\u00e5 skal v\u00e6re bare \u00e5 nedsette en komit\u00e9 til \u00e5 si noe som ikke er sagt f\u00f8r om torget og Glenneparken. (Ja, det ble gjort for litt over et \u00e5r siden.)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kreative innspill om helheten &#8211; fra &laquo;Elim-parken&raquo; i s\u00f8r til triangelet Havnegata\/Kol\u00e5sveien\/B\u00e5tbyggerveien i nord &#8211; kan det nesten ikke bli nok av.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9n ting er i alle fall klart: Et svekket sentrum, i betydningen sentrumsfunksjoner, er ikke bra. Dessverre har noen i vinter v\u00e6rt n\u00f8dt til \u00e5 kaste kortene. Kjellerrestauranten Kaos i Storgata etter store tap p\u00e5 sviktende omsetning. Og nylig stengte ogs\u00e5 det lille tapas-utsalget noen skritt bortenfor Hagestua i Meierig\u00e5rden.<\/p>\n<p><strong>I tillegg m\u00e5 det nevnes at bussene siden sent p\u00e5 fjor\u00e5ret ikke lenger kj\u00f8rer ned til sentrum fra Sigurd Stenes vei. Dette h\u00f8rer med i et helhetsbilde.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Til slutt m\u00e5 det sies at det kan ha v\u00e6rt et d\u00e5rlig trekk i dette scenarioet at Son N\u00e6ringsforening ble nedlagt. De aktive medlemmene tok med seg portef\u00f8ljen nordover til Vestby sentrum. For \u00e5 bli en del av <em>Vestby N\u00e6ringsforum<\/em> &#8211; stiftet 5. februar 2019 av Son N\u00e6ringsforening og Vestby BedriftsForum &#8211; med et bredere fokus &#8211; p\u00e5 hele kommunen, som navnet forteller.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Views: 1030<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Publisert 25.02.23) (Kommentar: Svein-H.
