Siden da har det v\u00e6rt f\u00e5 endringer i den bymessige strukturen. Det burde derfor v\u00e6re lett \u00e5 orientere seg for dem som kjenner Son. Men en stor endring er jo den store bygningen nede til venstre: Den vid-gjetne hermetikkfabrikken som blant annet produserte sardiner i boks &#8211; en stor eksportvare til en rekke land.<\/strong><\/strong> <strong>Og bortenfor: Torget &#8211; halvt omkranset av husrekka med Spinnerig\u00e5rden og Sj\u00f8boden, og s\u00e5 Thorneg\u00e5rden. Ellers: Dav\u00e6rende Son skole er ikke til \u00e5 ta feil av t.h. midt p\u00e5 bildet.
