I et f\u00f8rsteutkast sto det – kjedelig nok – «Oppdatering om ryggplager». Men det norske spr\u00e5k med sine mange ord med alternative betydninger har mang en gang kommet bedre skribenter enn meg til unnsetning.<\/p>\n

ALTS\u00c5: Redakt\u00f8ren rygger ikke (tilbake) for sine ryggplager. Han logger seg inn til editoren for \u00e5 skrive, kladde, rette, endre og hva det skal v\u00e6re, i noen timer. Med PC-en i fanget. Selv om ryggplagene vedvarer.<\/p>\n

Ja, de vedvarer, men det nye \u00e5 fortelle er at jeg onsdag ble behandlet hos fysioterapeut. Som ogs\u00e5 er utdannet osteopat. Osteopati er l\u00e6ren om beina i kroppen v\u00e5r. Og her er det jo absolutt en sammenheng, ikke sant?<\/p>\n

BEHANDLINGEN var s\u00e5nn: Jeg l\u00e5 sidelengs p\u00e5 en benk, og f\u00f8rst tok han passe hardt p\u00e5 korsryggen min, p\u00e5 begge sider. Da han tok p\u00e5 venstre side sa jeg AU<\/strong> s\u00e5 h\u00f8yt at min f\u00f8lgesvenn ute i venteommet ogs\u00e5 h\u00f8rte det veldig godt. P\u00e5 h\u00f8yre side var det ikke fullt s\u00e5 vondt.<\/p>\n

Og s\u00e5 en overraskende akt to: Han tok hendene sine opp til venstre og h\u00f8yre tinning samtidig. Masserte s\u00e5 tinningene en liten stund. Hvorfor? For \u00e5 \u00e5pne en nervebane der smerter bor.<\/p>\n

Dette skulle gj\u00f8re meg litt mer smertefri dag for dag. G\u00e5rsdagen ble i hovedsak preget av d\u00e9t – ikke minst m\u00e5lt etter forbruket av smertestillrnde midler.<\/p>\n

Og se om jeg ikke allerede gikk litt<\/em> mindre krokrygget enn f\u00f8r behandlingen. S\u00e5 da sier jeg bare:<\/p>\n
