Enn om de «industrielle tilfeldighetene» hadde v\u00e6rt i et annet lune? For \u00e5 si det s\u00e5nn, vel vitende om at realiteter er en sterk iboende kraft for den slags tilfeldigheter. <\/span>P\u00e5 1920-tallet ville nemlig Aker i Oslo bygge et skipsverft p\u00e5 Laksa-landet (vestsiden av Sonsbukta\/Sonskilen, red. anm.<\/em>). Prosjektetet ble trolig lagt d\u00f8dt av b\u00e5de \u00f8konomiske og andre grunner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Men f\u00e5 n\u00e5levende vet at Norsk Hydro-gr\u00fcnderen Sam Eyde (bildet) planla \u00e5 bygge fabrikken for det revolusjonerende produktet fullgj\u00f8dsel p\u00e5 en eiendom like utenfor Son. Eyde hadde kj\u00f8psopsjon p\u00e5 tomta i flere m\u00e5neder, inntil planene ble skrinlagt.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dette var noe som selv hans barnebarn, forretningsmannen og lokalpolitikeren Stig Eyde p\u00e5 Berg G\u00e5rd i Vestby ikke kjente til da Lokalmagasinet.no presenterte saken for ham. <\/span><\/p>\n

Opplysningene finnes i boka «Sonsprating», der Knut Ottesen har skrevet ned mange minner og historier fra sine unge dager. «Biemannen» – som han gjerne ble kalt p\u00e5 grunn av sine spesielle kunnskaper etter mange\u00e5rige virke som «hageprodusent» av prima honning – gikk bort for noen \u00e5r siden. <\/span>
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Noe av det fascinerende med journalistisk arbeid er hvordan «det ene ofte f\u00f8rer til det andre». Som her. <\/span><\/p>\n

For etter kort tid med research viste det seg at det arbeides med forprosjektet til en film om industrigiganten Sam Eyde. Kontakt er opprettet med initiativtaker og prosjektleder, forh\u00e5pentligvis til gjensidig nytte.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n
