Det er varslet spreng-kulde over hele \u00d8stlandet i noen dager. Ville vi f\u00e5 opp 20-tallet her? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ja, det fikk vi bare noen timer senere.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I KVELD viser gradestokken 23 minus. Og for en nettavis med innhold &laquo;Fra fortid og n\u00e5tid&raquo; er det relevant \u00e5 minne om at vi engang p\u00e5 1980-tallet faktisk hadde 30 &#8211; tretti &#8211; kuldegrader.<\/p>\n<p>Den dagen tok redakt\u00f8ren p\u00e5 seg sine tykkeste votter og tok gradstokken med seg den korte veien ned til torget. Der var det 29.<\/p>\n<p>Men over Sonsbrua sto frostr\u00f8yken opp. S\u00e5 hvorfor ikke sjekke der ogs\u00e5?<\/p>\n<p>Som tenkt, s\u00e5 gjort. Og ja: Der kom 30-tallet opp!<\/p>\n<p>Hjemme igjen hos familien vanket det rykende varm sjokolade. Og det spurtes:<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8211; Var det virkelig tredve grader?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ja, det var. N\u00f8yaktig tredve. Det er veldig kaldt til \u00e5 v\u00e6re ved fjorden. Selv de eldste jeg snakket med kunne ikke huske en s\u00e5 kald dag p\u00e5 hjemlige trakter.<\/p>\n<p>Vi hadde flyttet fra &laquo;S\u00f8r-Son&raquo; &#8211; Storgata ved Wittustoppen, der vi leide en leilighet &#8211; og til et eldre hus p\u00e5 N\u00f8ttel\u00f8kka i Skoleveien som enn\u00e5 ikke var restaurert. Vinduene var gamle og trakk inn kulde p\u00e5 en dag som denne.<\/p>\n<p>Kulda satt liksom i kroppen ogs\u00e5 de neste dagene. Ikke minst da jeg p\u00e5 Sonsveien stasjon sto og ventet p\u00e5 forsinket tog til Vestby, der jeg jobbet p\u00e5 Journalistlinja ved Follo folkeh\u00f8gskole.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kan ikke minnes at det noen gang var s\u00e5 kaldt som dette da jeg vokste opp i Mosj\u00f8en. Bare midt i Norge, langt s\u00f8r i Nordland &#8211; men likevel. Og kalde januar- og februardager langt opp p\u00e5 20-tallet var det nok.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Husker at vinterv\u00e6ret i min hjemby ofte kunne skifte temmelig fort. Kom det mildv\u00e6r og regn, var det plutselig speilglatt i gatene &#8211; til kommunens str\u00f8biler rykket ut.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5nn er det ikke i Son &#8211; s\u00e5 langt.
