1945: Etter mange m\u00e5neder i Kjes\u00e4ter flyktningeleir og transitsenter i Sverige, er det fred igjen i Norge. Mellom to svenske soldater: Mine foreldre, Harald og Levie, ser ut til \u00e5 v\u00e6re reiseklare. De var blant de siste som kom dit – sommeren 1944.<\/strong> Pappa sto i fare for \u00e5 bli tvangssendt til Vidkun Quislings Rikshird, ogs\u00e5 kalt «Quislings\u00a0 Garde». De giftet seg og reiste i bryllupskl\u00e6rne med toget s\u00f8rover til Grong. Der ble de ble hentet av en av mammas slektninger fra mormors hjemsted ved Limingen i Nordli. G\u00e5rden ligger like ved svenske-grensen, og de ble fulgt videre til grensen.\u00a0 Sankthansaften 1945 var de hjemme i Mosj\u00f8en igjen. I deres 7. Sans kan vi lese at de kom med dagtoget. Ikke lenge etter dro de – sammen med farfar og farmor – til gjensyns- og fredsfest p\u00e5 sm\u00e5bruket hos mormor og morfar en mils vei nord for byen. St.<\/em>
