Dette er en<br \/>\nutfordring, og arbeidet med langsiktig vedlikeholdsplan vil derfor ha h\u00f8y prioritet i 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>H\u00c6RVERK P\u00c5 BYGNINGER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Videre st\u00e5r det at det er store utfordringer knyttet til h\u00e6rverk p\u00e5 bygningsmassen. Det p\u00e5l\u00f8per store kostnader utover normal drift, i tillegg til stor ressursbruk. Spesielt utfordrende er dette p\u00e5 gamle Bj\u00f8rlien skole og Vestby kulturkvartal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Teknisk kompetanse blir stadig mer automatisert.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Vi kan til og med si at byggene v\u00e5re er intelligente og at de \u00abkommuniserer\u00bb med de som drifter byggene, heter det.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mer avanserte tekniske bygg krever ogs\u00e5 mer teknisk kompetanse.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Driftsomr\u00e5det Eiendom har n\u00e5 for f\u00e5 ressurser som har rett kompetanse til \u00e5 drifte deler av en, etter hvert stor, bygningsmasse med h\u00f8y teknisk vanskelighetsgrad.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Dette gjelder spesielt Vestby kulturkvartal og Solh\u00f8y omsorgsboliger.
