Og vi tenker da heldigvis ikke p\u00e5 bygningsmessige endringer under Riksantikvar Hanna Beirans etat.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>For det var knapt blitt skikkelig v\u00e5r da den tidligere bankg\u00e5rden fikk ny eier og det ble \u00e5pnet kaf\u00e9 i den fredede Thorneg\u00e5rden med front mot torget.<\/p>\n<p>I den tidligere bankg\u00e5rden har butikken for b\u00e5t- og seilerutstyr &#8211; som holdt til i Thorneg\u00e5rdens s\u00f8rlige front &#8211; reetablert seg.<\/p>\n<p>Og i Thorneg\u00e5rden med inngang fra torget er det alts\u00e5 blitt kaf\u00e9 &#8211; som har f\u00e5tt det fine navnet Thornegaarden Kultur Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>SOM LM-REDAKT\u00d8R f\u00e5r jeg vel passelig avslutte med en aldri s\u00e5 liten visitt bakover i tiden. Da jeg startet det ganske v\u00e5gale prosjektet med \u00e5 lansere n\u00e6ravisa VESTBY-KUR\u00c9REN. Med mitt enkeltpersonforetak Strand Prinfo som utgiver. <\/p>\n<p>Jeg hadde da kontor og redaksjonslokale i Thorneg\u00e5rdens s\u00f8rlige fl\u00f8y. Der hvor Son Skipshandel var siste leietaker.<\/p>\n<p>Som sikkert mange vil huske, gikk det ikke bra. Selv om vi relativt raskt fikk rundt 1200 abonnenter og litt l\u00f8ssalg, s\u00e5 ble det \u00f8konomiske nedgangstider i Norge. De startet faktisk samme m\u00e5ned som avisa ga ut sine f\u00f8rste ukentlige utgaver. <\/p>\n<p>M\u00e5neden var mai. Og etter hvert som ukene gikk, ble det stadig vanskeligere \u00e5 f\u00e5 solgt reklame. Inntekter som &#8211; sammen med abonnentenes innbetalinger &#8211; skulle dekke hva det kostet \u00e5 trykke og distribuere avisa, pluss litt til.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Som en reklamekunde sa da sommeren var over: &#8211; Alle skylder jo hverandre penger! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>OG TIL SLUTT var det jeg som skyldte trykkeriet i Mysen s\u00e5 mye at de fikk ta beslag i driftskontoen. <\/p>\n<p>Ha en fortsatt fin fredag! <\/p>\n<p><strong>SHS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8\u00a8<\/p>\n<p>Views: 68<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Publisert 09.05.25) Forandringer i den sentrale del av Storgata i Son skjer noen ganger fort.
