Kommunen sj\u00f8lv meiner det dreier seg om &laquo;berre&raquo; 38,3 millioner kr.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dette oppsiktsvekkjande avviket p\u00e5 ca ti millionar kr er det ingen som kan forklare.
