Det fikk bare hans egen stemme.<\/span><\/span><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page5R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"> Vi publiserer som egen sak i morgen hans lange framlegg i fire punkter. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page5R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\">Kenneth Lien Steens forslag om \u00e5 avvikle fylkeskommunen falt s\u00e5 med 2 stemmer fra H og Frp.<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span id=\"page5R_mcid11\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><span id=\"page5R_mcid10\" class=\"markedContent\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span id=\"page5R_mcid12\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><a href=\"https:\/\/lokalmagasinet.no\/opprettelsen-av-viken-hadde-ingen-faglig-begrunnelse-sier-radmannen-i-vestby\/\">R\u00e5dmannens innstilling<\/a> punkt 2 ble deretter enstemmig vedtatt. <\/span><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid13\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid14\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Formannskapets vedt<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ak 31.01.2022, som g\u00e5r videre til behandling i kommunestyret er da:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><\/span><strong><span id=\"page5R_mcid15\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">1.<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Viken fylkeskommune b\u00f8r oppl\u00f8ses, og Buskerud, \u00d8stfold og Akershus <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">fylkeskommune b\u00f8r gjenopprettes.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span id=\"page5R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid16\" class=\"markedContent\"><strong><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">2.<\/span><\/strong> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">I forkant av etableringen av Viken fylkeskommune gjennomf\u00f8rte Buskerud og <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u00d8stfold fylkeskommuner en betydelig verdioverf\u00f8ring av aksjer i egne <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">energiselskap til prim\u00e6rkommunene.
